Welcome to Eden, a private members club located in Frankfurt, Germany. Our mission is to provide a unique and exclusive environment for our members to socialize, network, and enjoy curated experiences. By becoming a member of Eden, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership

1.1 Eligibility: Membership is exclusive to individuals over the age of 18. Membership is subject to approval by the Eden management.

1.2 Types of Membership: Eden offers various categories of membership, including but not limited to Individual, Joint, and Corporate. Specific benefits for each category will be detailed in our Membership Guide.

1.3 Membership Fees: Membership fees are due annually and are non-refundable. Fees may be revised periodically, and members will be notified of any changes.

1.4 Membership Card: Members will receive a membership card that must be presented upon entry to the club. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately to management.

2. Conduct

2.1 Code of Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner at all times. Disruptive behavior or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

2.2 Dress Code: A smart casual dress code is enforced at Eden. Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate attire.

2.3 Guests: Members are permitted to bring guests to the club according to the guest policy defined in the Membership Guide. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

3. Facilities and Services

3.1 Usage of Facilities: Members may access all club facilities during operating hours, subject to availability. Certain areas may require prior booking.

3.2 Reservations: Reservations for events, dining, or other services can be made in advance through the club’s website or management. Cancellation policies will apply.

3.3 Alcohol and Food Service: Members are expected to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

4.1 Data Collection: By joining Eden, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Confidentiality: Members must respect the confidentiality of other members and club information. Disclosing personal member information without consent is prohibited.

5. Termination of Membership

5.1 Termination by Member: Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to management. No refunds will be provided for the current membership period.

5.2 Termination by Club: Eden reserves the right to terminate a membership for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to misconduct or failure to pay fees.

6. Liability

6.1 Limitation of Liability: Eden is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by members while on the club’s premises, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6.2 Indemnification: Members agree to indemnify and hold Eden harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their actions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Frankfurt, Germany.

8. Amendments

Eden reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the club constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
